Together with Flinders Fringe Festival and Uncommon Folk we invite you to Street Requiem on the Ridge on Saturday 21 October 2023, 5pm – 7pm.

A unique musical and multimedia event, which includes selected movements of ‘Street Requiem’ by Dr Kathleen McGuire, Andy Payne and Jonathon Welch, this event honours people who have died on the street and will raise awareness and funds for the housing and homelessness programs delivered by Western Port, Southern Peninsula and Mornington Community Support Centres.

The event will be conducted by world renown conductor/composer Dr Kathleen McGuire. Makepisi, a South African a cappella group will also perform along with soloists, classical musicians and a mass choir.

The performance will include unique projected images by documentary photographer Noa Smith Fletcher @noafletch.

Tickets $75 and $30, and streaming $15 – all tax deductable.

Venue: the equestrian arena at Uncommon Folk Farm, 328 Main Creek Rd, Main Ridge.

The event is also generously supported by the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
